$100 per spot – you will be notified by March 15th, if you have been selected as a food vendor. If you are NOT selected, you will receive a refund.

WCAA will submit your information to the AL Department of Public Health for Exemption for Food Service at a Temporary Event

Food vendor operations must be fully self-contained

The WCAA will not collect sales tax- it is each vendor’s responsibility to collect and remit applicable sales tax

Vendor check-in begins at 6:00 am on event morning.

Please be ready for operations by 9:00 am. Do not break down until after 3:00 pm.

Gamble Park is located on Gamble Avenue adjacent to Bevill State Community College in Jasper, AL.
NO ELECTRICITY WILL BE PROVIDED
GENERAL RELEASE: The undersigned does hereby and forever discharge Walker County Arts Alliance, Inc. (WCAA), Bevill State Community College, City of Jasper, all sponsoring organizations and their directors, officers, employees, agents and volunteers of and from all manner of actions, suits, damages, claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity from any loss or damage arising out of or in conjunction with applications to or participation in Art in the Park, presented by WCAA, which is not responsible for any injury sustained by exhibitors or guests while within spaces designated for exhibits or at large. The undersigned has read and complies with all rules, and further agrees to release photography rights to WCAA for use in promotional materials and on their website. The WCAA reserves the right to remove from display any material or work that it deems offensive, at its discretion, and WCAA reserves the right to make booth assignments/ changes up to and including the day of the show.
