Paula’s career as an artist started nine years ago when a friend invited her to an art class. It didn’t take long to realize she had found her passion. 

 

After four years of classes with two different instructors, she struck out on her own. Her education continued through workshops with renowned artists in the Nashville area.

Joining the Chestnut Group, Plein Air Painters for the Land and Bugg Hollow Plein Air Painters broadened her experiences.

 

After moving to Alabama in December, 2020, she has become a member of Lewis Smith Lake Artisans Alliance and the Walker County Arts Alliance.

 

Paula has painted on location in Tennessee, Alabama, Maine, Italy, St Croix and Loreto BCS and has participated in over 20 Tennessee juried art shows.

 

Paula is also a Member Oil Painters of America.
